Go to the AgiDesk website

  1. Click Insert Ticket
  2. Fill in the Subject
  3. Select Order Type, Environment
  4. Chop / Unpick the field Allows remote access?
    Only in cases where this is applicable.
  5. Select the Priority field
  6. Fill in the Description field
    In this field you can paste images

To add attachments:

  1. Click on Attach file
    Important: You can add more than one file
  2. Click Submit
