Go to the AgiDesk website
- Click Insert Ticket
- Fill in the Subject
- Select Order Type, Environment
- Chop / Unpick the field Allows remote access?
Only in cases where this is applicable.
- Select the Priority field
- Fill in the Description field
In this field you can paste images
To add attachments:
- Click on Attach file
Important: You can add more than one file
- Click Submit
